Country Sales Manager (100%)
Location: Remote from Germany
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in Germany and Austria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through acquiring new locations and networking, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing key accounts. The successful candidate will be passionate about fashion and have a deep understanding of the luxury fashion market both in Germany and Austria.
THE ROLE
- Manage key accounts across assigned regions, ensuring appropriate representation of the Brand
- Representation of the Brand and our collections in exclusive showrooms or in digital format
- Business development in assigned regions to scout/secure new retail opportunities and key partnerships including department stores, boutiques, and online retailers
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Manage budgets and expenses related to sales activities
- Provide regular reports and analyses to the leadership team
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the premium and luxury fashion industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving approach
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury fashion market in Germany and Austria
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken is required
- Availability to travel within the assigned territory up to 80%
