As a member of an international team of recruiters and sourcers in the field of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), you will be responsible to source for all type of roles we are currently having. Your core tasks include intake calls with our client and recruiter, identifying candidates on LinkedIn, screening applications documents, sifting CVs to the recruiter and running some reports. You will be primarily responsible for the German market, but will also support Belgium, Holland and the Nordics if required.
The job is home office based, but you might be able to work on-site at the client's premises from time to time (depending on demand).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Successfully completed University Degree with focus on HR, Business or similar
- Solid experience in Sourcing
- Customer Service Mentality
- Passion for discovering new Sourcing Tools Technologies and Channels
- Strong communication skills and a confident approach to working with people
- Able to use your initiative, be adaptable to change and able to get things done.
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- You communicate well in English
