Are you an experienced management assistant and do you get energy from various administrative tasks and ad hoc questions? Episode in Hem is looking for a management assistant who can be the hub of the organisation. Do you recognise yourself in this? Then read on quickly!

Who are you?
Everyone knows you in the office and you know everyone! You enjoy supporting 2 directors with secretarial and administrative tasks, but you also make sure that everything in the office runs smoothly. You get energy from ad hoc questions and you feel comfortable in an informal and international working environment. Is this you? Then you also recognise yourself in the following points:
- You show initiative, are proactive and like to think along with others
- You are stress-resistant
- You are good at monitoring deadlines and ensure that everything is arranged on time
- You are reliable, discrete and confident
- You have several years of work experience in a similar position
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and a fluent command of English.
- You have good knowledge of Outlook and the MS-Office package
- You easily make connections and can cope with pressure
- You are available 4 or 5 days a week (32-40 hours)
What you will do
- Agenda management and telephone
- You prepare meetings at various levels (management and projects)
- In addition, you take minutes during meetings and monitor actions
- Travel booking
- Planning imports and exports, booking transports, making invoices
- Various financial administrative matters
- All common activities

The salary is approximately 3500 gross per month based on full-time employment. You will be working within an international and dynamic family business with a responsible position.
