We are now bringing this technology to market, targeting small and medium businesses around the world, using the BigCommerce ecommerce platform.

To continuously improve our customer satisfaction, we are looking for you as Junior Developer in technical support (m/f/d).

We offer you extensive influence on a product with high potential, which with your help can change the entire e-commerce experience for merchants and customers.

Challenges you may solve:

• the flawless configuration of our product
• technical support for product installation
• design HTML pages based on customer requirements
• write clear and well engineered code
• finding errors and their causes in case of technical problems
• Guiding customers step-by-step to solve technical problems
• Writing & compiling user manuals, guides, FAQs, documentation and other support resources
• Participate in customer meetings, understand user needs, and provide technical solutions.

Qualifikation

For this you ideally bring:

• first professional experience in SaaS-based software support
• very good HTML and CSS knowledge and programming skills (JS or similar)
• fast grasp of new technical concepts
• very good communication skills in written and spoken English
• independent working style

'Nice to have' would be additionally

• intermediate programming skills (JS)
• basic experience in data management (JSON, SQL)
• analysis of network calls / API calls
• Project management
• Use of browser development tools (postman or similar)
• Experience with ticketing softwares
